On February 22 KST, YG Entertainment announced that BLACKPINK will hold additional concerts in Thailand, in member Lisa‘s hometown.
BLACKPINK, currently on a world tour in Asia, will hold two additional concerts in Bangkok, Thailand on May 27-28.
BLACKPINK’s ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK]‘ started the Asia leg of the tour in Bangkok in January of this year. At the time, Lisa promised to reunite with fans from her hometown, saying, “I really missed you all. I hope to see you here again.”
These additional performance will be held at Rajamangala National Stadium, Thailand’s largest concert hall. Global stars such as Lady Gaga, One Direction, and Coldplay have visited and held performances at the same venue. This will mark the first time BLACKPINK will hold a concert there.
