Leaders BG Pathum United are marching towards their maiden Thai League 1 title after beating second-ranked Port 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Substitute striker Chenrop Samphaodi was the hosts’ hero when he netted the winner after 86 minutes.
Port went in front when Ko Seul-Ki scored in the 30th minute but Victor Cardozo equalised for the home team two minutes later as the first half ended 1-1.
The Rabbits were the better side in the second half but could not break Port’s defence until Chenrop beat goalkeeper Worawut Srisupha with four minutes remaining.
