Best luxury 1 month stay 40 to 60k

What are the best options for luxury condos / serviced apartments for a 1 month stay in Bangkok. Preferably with nice gym and pool. Budget is 40 to 60k. I’m staying in a hotel in on nut currently and ready to sign immediately.

I did view and liked sala daeng one but unfortunately I can no longer commit to a 6 month stay due to my education visa being in prachuap khiri khan.
