Bangkok Post – Teenagers invited to enrol in hackathon

After successful hackathons in the past three years, Verso International School is holding Verso Hack 2024 on Feb 3 and 4, with a Pre-Hack Day on Jan 27.

This guided hackathon is open to students aged 13 to 18 nationwide to provide a unique platform for aspiring tech enthusiasts and student entrepreneurs to hone their skills and collaborate on solving real-world challenges.

With a theme of “Emerging Technologies”, this year’s hackathon invites participants to tackle a challenge or business problem and unleash their creativity to develop innovative solutions or technologies within a two-day timeframe.

Last year, over 100 participating students engaged in workshops that covered solution design, idea validation, prototyping and pitching — essential skills shared by the world’s most successful entrepreneurs.
