The 2024 Bangkok Chef Charity Fundraising Gala Luncheon (11th edition), following a four-year hiatus, will be held on Feb 17 at the Mandarin Oriental. The luncheon will feature chefs from 11 Michelin-starred restaurants, in addition to chefs from hotels in Bangkok, Michelin-starred restaurants from The Peninsula Hong Kong and three leading culinary academies in Bangkok. A total of 32 chefs will craft 16 canapé selections and a 10-course gourmet menu with wine pairings for 360 guests. All proceeds from the  event will benefit hospitals under the Debaratana Vejjanukula Foundation under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who will be in attendance.
