Bangkok FC’s Aitsaret slammed a devastating elbow into the face of North Bangkok University FC player Supasan Ruangsuphanimit during a Thai League 3 match on Sunday.
The action floored Supasan who required 24 stitches on his upper lip.
Doctors said he suffered fractured bones in his cheek and had a blood cot in his nose.
Aitsaret was immediately sent off by the referee and his club promptly terminated his contract.
