Art reveals effects of an ageing world

Issues related to an ageing society are portrayed through art during “Blowing Up The Tale of Ageing Society” which is running at the Main Exhibition Gallery, 9th floor of Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, until Nov 26.

On show are contemporary artwork and creative media that portray the roles of the elderly in society in four aspects — health and wellness, economy and innovation, an equitable society, and physical environment and accessibility.

They are presented by a dozen artists and creators — Kamonlak Sukchai, Jakrawal Nilthamrong, Chart Korbjitti, Chumpon Utayophat, Sutin Tantipas, Dansoung Sungvornveshapan, Nopawan Sirivejkul, Supannikar Tiranaparin, Karakot Arromdee, Thanit Jitnukul, Phra Paisal Visalo and Phongsathorn Kanthawong.
