Apartment in high season

Been here for close to a week and having trouble finding anything worth considering. Not sure if it’s because it’s high season or it’s just the new post covid market. I’m guessing I’m just looking in the wrong places.

My range is around 7k to 10k baht per month all inclusive. Preferably a very quiet place outside the city but easily reachable to supermarkets and good hospital via songthaew(not sure i want to drive motorbike)

If I do get a motorbike, I’d prefer a small quiet village way outside of town like 30 mins out or more.
