Itinerary recommendation for 13 nights in Thailand

Hi beautiful people,

Me and my girlfriend are planning to spend 2 weeks in Thailand ( 9th to 23rd August) and we are having a lot of issues deciding how to organize where to go and how much time to spend in each place.

We want to see Bangkok, and Chiang Mai and then spend some time in Southern Thailand ( Phuket, Krabi, Koh Tao, Koh Pagan) but we are not sure if this is too much of a stretch as we are obviously looking to chill and relax, but also want to see as many things as possible.

I would love to hear any other recommendations such as Pattaya, Pai, etc.

Has anybody traveled around Thailand for a similar length of time?

Really looking forward to hearing any of your recommendations.
