Any Honda CR-V 1st gen owners here?

I’m contemplating the purchase of a 2001 1st gen Honda CR-V here in Thailand. The one I’m eyeing is in reasonably good condition, and has has 210,000 kilometers on the clock, and it’s priced at 80,000 THB. I’m curious to hear from those who own this model here. How has its reliability been for you? Have you encountered any common problems, and if so, how easy is it to find replacement parts for this specific model? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
