Is there an email anyone knows of to contact customer service at AirAsia? I bought a RT tix from BKK to HKT. A week later they sent me a text telling me that the flight was cancelled. I had to book on another airline and then I tried get a refund from AirAsia but the process was complicated because the automated system could not find my info. I then tried to use their chat bot but it lead me to the same issue. I’ve scoured their site and cannot find an email address for them. Any help would be welcome.
