Agoda refund 30 days and I cannot post review

I arrived at a hotel that was nothing like the advert.

I called Agoda and cancelled. They didn’t argue, which is great, but the refund to my card will take 30 days. No problem. This info may help someone though, keep in mind that their refunds take a while.

This issue could be avoided by paying at the property in future.

Just an important takeaway from this: the system didn’t allow me to leave a review to warn others about this. So in other words, when a hotel is so bad that the guests cancel IT DOESNT SHOW. So keep in mind that a surprise is possible!
