Affordable doctors office near Sukhumvit in Bangkok

Have a new rather large mole on my back and what to see what it is. Can anyone recommend an affordable doctors office I can visit? I have travel insurance but not sure if just seeing a doctor is covered by it. Think it would need to progress to a diagnosis at least before they will pay for anything.
