A clinic that would do Botox for Bruxism in Chiang Mai?

Hey, I am looking for a clinic or a place that would do Botox for teeth clenching, I unfortunately clench my teeth in my sleep and it’s starting to cause me a lot of issues.

I am in Chiang Mai for a couple of weeks and wondered if there are any clinics here that offer this?

I am unsure if an aesthetics clinic would do Botox in to the Jaw muscle or it must be a Dr.

Or would Bangkok be a better option?
