Chutima “Ae” Bovonratanachote from Sweet Pista just recently opened her new baking lab at Charoen 43. Among those sweet bites is her mayongchid tartlet (THB195), a mouthful of the rare seasonal fruit sold one time a year. Ae places a generous portion of mayongchid atop the tartlet, caramelizes some slices in Cointreau, and then stuffs them inside.
