On Saturday, February 17, 2024, the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Thailand, will host a charity event where all proceeds will go towards supporting hospitals affiliated with the Debaratana Vejjanukula Foundation, under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness.
Breaking new ground in the history of this charitable event, the gala will showcase the culinary expertise of 11 Michelin-starred restaurants, along with prestigious hotels from Bangkok and Hong Kong, and three prominent culinary academies in Bangkok. Thirty chefs in total will collaboratively create a lavish 10-course gourmet menu for the 360 guests attending the event.
