Hurting any animal is unacceptable but one this cute? Inconceivable.
The owner of a Khon Kaen zoo is demanding that whoever hit one of her adorable capybaras come forward and explain what their damn problem is.
Lalilil Deltchweerapanich, 35, of the Khonkaen Exotic Pets & The Fountain Show, said the capybara – the world’s largest rodent – has been in a dreadful state and not its usual cheerful self after a zoo visitor struck its snout during the New Year holidays.
“There had never been an attack on my capybaras here,” Lalilil wrote on social media.
Lalilil said she has been inspecting CCTV footage to find the rodent-bashing culprit, but has yet to find a suspect since there were so many visitors during the holidays.
