Singapore: A heated rivalry may finally see its conclusion at One X, One Championship’s 10th-anniversary event that will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on March 26.
Second-ranked atomweight contender Denice “Lycan Queen” Zamboanga will step into the circle against old foe and No.3 “Arale Chan” Ham Seo-Hee, and the duo will be looking to settle the score.
The women first faced each other at One: Empower in September 2021 during the quarter-finals of the One women’s atomweight World Grand Prix.
By the end of the three-round bout, Zamboanga thought she did enough to steal the victory, but South Korea’s Ham was awarded a split-decision win.
Needless to say, the Filipina and her supporters were vocal about the outcome, which One’s now-disbanded competition committee eventually reviewed.
