Woman got followed and harassed by a motorcycle rider

This os freaking crazy!??

A woman reported him to a motorcycle taxi app as she experienced bad trip (he ran a red light, asked intrusive questions, careless driving) taking a motorcycle to her work. Following day, a man waited for her at her condo and followed her, and then scolded and harassed her that her report had him banned from an app.
