With royal permission to restore insignia Former Bhumjaithai MP “Samlee Raksutthi”

The Royal Gazette publishes the royal permission to restore the insignia Former List MP Bhumjaithai Party “Samli Raksutthi” after being sentenced to imprisonment for inconsistent behavior

On August 21, 2023, the Royal Gazette website published an announcement from the Office of the Prime Minister on granting royal permission to restore insignia, saying:

His Majesty the King graciously granted permission to restore the Royal Insignia, which Mr. Samlee Raksutthi received in all ranks as follows:

1. Decoration of the First Class of the Crown of Thailand due to lack of qualifications According to the rules of the Office of the Prime Minister’s regulations on requesting royal insignia which is the most glorious white elephant and the most prestigious insignia of the Crown of Thailand, 1993 and its amendments due to the termination of that person’s membership of the House of Representatives From the election day, March 24, 2019, according to the Constitutional Court ruling No. 5/2565 on June 1, 2022

2. Grand Decoration of the Order of the Thaweetiya of the White Elephant and Tritaporn Mongkut of Thailand due to being sentenced to imprisonment by the final judgment The imprisonment was suspended for 3 years and was stipulated with a 3-year probation condition according to the judgment of the Maha Sarakham Provincial Court in the black criminal case No. 4064/2561 and the red criminal case No. 134/2562 dated January 3. 2019 on the theft which caused the restoration of the insignia In the case of misconduct according to Article 7 (8) of the Regulations of the Office of the Prime Minister Regarding the request for royal permission to restore the insignia of 2005

and Mr. Samlee Raksutthi is the one whose name has been withdrawn from the list of royal insignia. according to the relevant announcements of the Prime Minister’s Office
