Why aren’t Thai tourists as rude?

Many countries in the world once had a rude tourist stereotype.

The USA once had one in the 1960s, Japan once had one in the 1980s, Korea in the 2000s, China, Russia, and India still have ones remaining today.

Why wasn’t there ever a stereotype of rude Thai tourists?

What makes Thai culture less capable of producing rude tourists to other cultures? Thailand’s social values are more mild compared to India’s, South Korea’s, Japan’s, and China’s yet these countries once had a rude tourist stereotype.
