White Lotus Season 3’s Thailand Story Teased By HBO Drama Exec

HBO’s Drama Chief teases the story for The White Lotus season 3. The White Lotus first premiered on HBO in 2021, focusing on the workers and guests of a luxurious resort in Hawaii. After season 1’s success, HBO turned what was supposed to be a limited series into an anthology series focusing on a different property of the fictional White Lotus resort chain in each season, with season 2 taking place in Sicily and season 3 apparently set in Thailand.

While speaking to Deadline in an interview about upcoming projects for HBO, the network’s Drama Chief, Francesca Orsi, spoke frankly about the acclaimed series.
