Where to find/buy the incense used in temples

Hey there. We’re currently in Chiang Mai old town and trying to find the same incense used in Wats and temples around the city. All of the souvenir shops seem to sell heavily scented versions that don’t hit just as nicely as the temple versions. Can anyone point us in the right direction of where locals buy their incense, what it’s called, does it have a particular scent or any brands that people use?
