Where to buy silver necklace in Bangkok for girl?

Hey guys, I’m from Australia, I have a girl back home
I want to get her a nice necklace as a gift for when I come back in a couple of weeks
I’ve noticed most thai shops only seem to sell golden jewellery
I’m interested in more western type jewellery, I want to get a nice silver necklace
Ideally I’d like to spend maybe a few thousand baht
I’m happy to go anywhere you can access via the BTS
