Where can I find gold colored paint?

I posted a photo of a giant golden Buddha and my fine artist brother (he has gallery shows in NYC) was impressed with the color quality/tint of the gold paint and it’s apparent imperviousness to the sun & weather. He says he cannot find quality gold paint and the correct tint of gold in the USA. He has a large a outdoor installation piece that he wants to mount for a show and asked if I could find where to get this high quality golden paint that is used for the statues. Any suggestion what kind of paint is used and where to get it?
