Is it possible to get a dose of a covid 19 vaccine in Thailand as a foreigner?

Since the Vietnam sub has disappeared does someone know if there’s any way to get a jab in vietnam? So far it seems like it’s not possible since only the Vietnamese government gives them out.

I’m asking for a friend who wants to travel to Indonesia. It seems like you must have 2 jabs or they won’t let you in for tourism.

I’m thinking maybe fly to Thailand beforehand to get vaccinated and then continue to Indonesia.
