I want to buy a bike, classic type, 250cc, there’s no green book, but there’s an excise document or whatever… what’s that, does that makes it road legal?
please dont flood that thread with the “if theres no green book dont buy it, you cant go on the road”, thats bullshit, none of these bikes have green book and there’s a bunch riding around… i just dont get the intricacies of how it must been done and what’s needed exactly.
