What is your recommendation for an Ear Nose Throat Hospital/Doctor?

From googling a past Reddit thread, it seems the Ear Nose Throat Hospital is the place to go, but the reviews are so-so. Many say it’s private hospital prices but government hospital quality.

But really, this is a two-part question.

1. Good/cheap recommendation for getting my ears cleaned out.

2. Reccomendation for a good doctor who can fix my deviated septum.

I don’t have health insurance anymore, so nothing too expensive would be ideal.
