I have an bank account at Bangkok bank. I ordered something from Shopee and paid with my bkk bank account and then canceled the order. Now they making it so difficult to get my refund. I tried my account number. I tried BIZ/Swift. I tried bank codes. Nothing gets accepted. What the hell is an IC number? And where can I get it?
That’s the last time I use Shopee. They always make problems like this. If you cancel at Lazada, they simply refund it to your bank or credit card. No extra steps like these are needed.
