what can I possibly do as a Thai instead of my current job because I am really worried about my current carreer prospects

I am currently a structural engineer at a firm. but number one reason I really struggle is that this carreer involves so much advanced techical stuff often beyond my limit of understandings. I really struggled at this. and also this profession involve having to meeting very tight dead line, having to work 50 hour+ a week, meeting developer expectation, risk of miscalculation that will cause damage to buildings. it such a hard and stressful career.

I still have to work in this job for awhile but i kind of having to look forward into the future of what profession I can really survive and really wanted to do. I am 23+ years old. I am not anywhere near fluent at english, but am able to communicate at intermediate level. may be somethings that involve railway or train or foreign children foundation that work in Thailand, in something that completely different that i might have opportunity to get into might interest me. I am kind of looking for advice or any idea that might help. Thanks for everyone’s help and kindness.
