What business with small budget ?

Hello.

It’s been more than 10 years now that I’m spending 9 or 10 months per year in Bangkok.

I was thinking about open a small business here in Bangkok with a low budget. Let’s say less than 500K baht as it will be my first business that is not online and if it will not work Mai pen rai I will still have money.

I have my Thai family here so no need for campagny registered at my name. I can use the name of someone in my family.

I have some ideas..

1. A small hotel. I saw some hotels to lease for 200-300k around khao san with a rent of 20k to 35k per month.

2. A little restaurant.

3. A weed shop. I don’t even smoke weed since years but this business seems lucrative and easy.

So what is the best business for a low budget ?

And what are the conditions for me to get a work permit if the campagny is not registered at my name ?
