Thailand’s national men’s team, with two of its two key players missing, landed in Cambodia on Thursday to take part in the 2023 SEA Games.
The men’s football competition of the Games, which is restricted to U23 players, kicks off tomorrow with Thailand facing Singapore in their opening match.
The national U23 team head coach Issara Sritaro said before the side’s departure from Bangkok Thursday morning that Jonathan Khemdee and Setthasit Suwannasert will join the team later.
“Right now, we are 90% ready for the tournament and expect to have Jonathan and Setthasit with the team soon,” said Issara.
