Thailand coach Mano Polking wants the War Elephants to get a good result in their Fifa Day friendly with Taiwan at Kaohsiung Stadium today.
Polking, who addressed a pre-match press conference along with national team captain Chanathip Songkrasin yesterday, said he is expecting an exciting game.
“The fact that these matches are taking place during the off-season has allowed us to prepare the team well,” said Polking.
“We have got a mix of seasoned campaigners and young players here as we have drafted four players from the national SEA Games [U22] team in this side.
“We can all look forward to a good game.”
