Visiting BKK and Phuket in November. How are they?

Hi, I just wanted to ask how BKK and Phuket are like in November? I’ll be planning to visit Thailand, those two won’t be the only places we go but maybe where we spend most amount of time.

1). How are the night life e and clubs?
2). Day time tourist attractions (busy)?
3). Does it rain a lot?
4). Are accommodation prices cheaper?
