Virtual run aims to save the hornbills

Hornbill lovers and running enthusiasts are invited to join the “Save Hornbill Run”, a virtual run that is accepting applications until July 25.

Held to raise funds for the Hornbill Research Foundation by ThaiRun and Friendly Creature page, the virtual run is open to anyone to run 5km anytime and anywhere but within one day.
They are required to use a smartwatch or mobile app to keep track of their distance — be it Strava, RunKeeper, Mapmyrun, GarminConnect or NikeRun. The results should be submitted to vr.thai.run/hornbill by July…
