I have just gotten an offer from a residence in Central Bangkok. The first 2000 THB of utilities are included in my monthly rate but anything in excess of the 2000 will be charged at 7 THB per unit of electricity and 19 THB per unit of water. I am a farang who likes my air conditioning and will be there during the rainy season. How much damage am I looking at for electricity usage during those months after the complimentary 2000?
