*Urgent* using my card abroad

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out here, I’m traveling to Japan in a few days and I want to be able to use my Bangkok bank debit card while out there and I was wondering if anyone else has used theirs while abroad?

I’m a farang and not currently in Thailand so I can’t easily contact the bank (have sent a couple emails) and if my card gets suspended while travelling, it’s almost impossible to sort unless you physically go to one of their banks.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated
