UPS envelope with new credit card stuck in customs warehouse

Hi all, I have an envelope from the US that contains a replacement credit card sent via UPS. When I track it I can see that it has been updating as being in the warehouse every day since the 25th. I tried calling the UPS office number in Bangkok but no answer. Anyone have any ideas on how much longer it might take until it’s delivered or if there’s anything else I can do? Is there a customs office at or near the airport where I can go to follow up on this? Thanks
