update to my nosebleeds post


Update to this!

It was 100% the climate, at least for me; after I made that post I only had a couple more over the following days, and now I haven’t had one for a few days. I appreciate all the concern and advice! :)

So, if you’re from a colder country (like me) and you get nosebleeds upon first coming to Thailand, I’d say wait about a week to see if they clear up; if you keep having them or they are not easily stopped, that’s when I’d say go to a doctor

Also, I’ve found that drinking a lot of water and getting a lot of vitamin c helps prevent them, and once you get one, get something cold like an ice pack and put it on your face to cool yourself down

This is probably really obvious advice but I figured I’d give it in case someone reading this has the same problem and is confused/frightened like I was :)
