unresponsive facebook seller options after payment if item not received?

not sure yet what the deal is with this guy but definitely starting to get annoyed – send 3500 for a used monitor to have shipped to me. guy has acknowledged messages asking for trk# but not provided. payment sent april 24 and it is now may 1.

i’ve had good luck buying things on the facebook marketplace in the past – i expect this is partly simply due to how much information is available, like a thai id card and bank account being shared. given all this info, why would anyone rip you off?

in any case he seems to be leaving me on unread since april 29, although facebook indicates he is online both in our messenger chat on the item and direct messenger chat. he friended me after the purchase. what’s my recourse if the monitor doesn’t show up?
