Trusted schools to work at in Thailand for NES foreign teachers

There are so many schools, and it’s hard to trust reviews on different sites like Glassdoor and ranking websites. Are there any NES teachers in the subreddit currently working and would be open to sharing their experiences? Looking for both good and bad, and what schools/offers to avoid. Many thanks!
