Traveling to Thailand for the first time for 3 weeks, what are some places I have to go and see.

So I am currently planning a trip to Thailand in December and I’m trying to build a rough itinerary. My goal is to have a lot of party nights as well as seeing a lot of nature mountains and just being at peace. I don’t have a crazy budget but I would like it to be as cheap as possible.

Here are some locations I’ve decided to 100% visit during my time:

Bangkok- around 3-4 nights
Chang Mai- another 3-4 nights.
Phi Phi Islands-not sure how long
Krabi and Koh Samui- not sure either.

This is supposed to be over three weeks.I heard Phuket wasn’t as great so I wasn’t sure if I should get there but I want to have a good mix of partying and relaxation.

If you guys have any thoughts opinions or anything to add let me know! I will figure out what I’ll do during the days later but I just need to know how to split up my three weeks.
