Hoping one of you lovely people help a newbie tourist out with the official website for the railway. I’ve been trying to book a simple day trip from Bangkok to Ayutthaya. The official website would not allow me to book more than two days in advance, so I booked two days in advance. Now it says I can’t book the return ticket more than two hours in advance. Is this accurate or is the website acting up? How does this work in practice and will I have trouble getting back to Bangkok in the afternoon?
