Tourist visa second extension – 7 days?

Hi there, I have an Italian passport and currently I’m on a tourist visa (60 days) that I already extended for another 30 days. Will need to leave the country next month but apparently I made a mistake with my flight booking. So I would need to stay here for three days beyond the visa dates that I’m supposed to leave. I remember that some years ago I had friends saying it was possible to do a second extension on an already extended tourist visa, getting 7 additional days on top of the 30 days already extended, for 1,900. Is this still or it has ever been a thing? My visas throughout the past 8 years have been lots of regular NON-B working visas and a couple of educational ones during COVID-19. Never overstayed
