Top North Hotel near Tha Phae Gate

I have been trying to call and book a reservation at this place for the past couple of days and have not been able to get anyone on the line. I have received no response to my emails sent to the address posted on their website. Expedia, Orbitz, and booking.com all say the place is sold out. I’m wondering if anyone is in the area and has noticed if they are they are still in business.
