After several days of continuous rain in the area of Nakhon Ratchasima This resulted in flooding of the train tracks between Kut Chik Station, Sung Noen District – Khok Kruat Station, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District. The water level had flooded the railroad tracks more than 7 centimeters and the water was flowing rapidly. The trend of flooding continues to increase. In addition, the train tracks were swept away by the current for a distance of about 800 meters, causing the Northeastern Railway. By Mr. Weerachai Sararam, the train station master at Kut Chik, Sung Noen district, said that early today (18 October 64) at 07.20 am informed by the railway inspector at Kut Chi Station that the main kilometer 244/1-245/1 between Kut Chik Railway Station, Sung Noen District and Khok Kruat Railway Station, Muang District, was flooded by strong currents, causing the railroad to be torn for a distance of about 800 meters, making it impossible for the trains to pass through.
