In his recent Instagram post, the South Dakota native shared a picture of himself standing beside a monk and wrote, “coming to Thailand I wanted to deepen my knowledge of meditation.” He added that he has come to the country to understand more about controlling his mind and emotions. The former 90 Day Fiancé star asked his fans to let him know where he should go next.

Jibri Reveals What He Has Learned From His Journey So Far

Apart from discussing his motivations, Jibri revealed what he has learned from his Thailand visit. He wrote, “Phra Manop taught me more in 5 days without speaking than some of my highschool teachers!” The reality TV alum revealed how his idol’s grace, presence, and dedication to lifestyle have made him expand his thoughts on human existence. Jibri hinted he had begun appreciating the little things in life. He said he preferred his 150 square foot non-air-conditioned room over staying at 5-star hotels.
