The men’s dragon boat team, 500 meters, won bronze.

The men’s dragon boat of the 19th Asian Games, 500 meters, won the bronze medal, while the Thai women’s team finished 4th, missing out on a medal.

The Thai rowers consist of Phonchai Thetdee as the captain, Chaiyakarn Chuchuen as the helm, and the oarsmen include Chisanupong Sangphan, Natthaphon Klieprai, Phakdee Wannamanee, Suwan Kwanthong, Somchai Sangmuang, Kasemsit Boriboonwasin, Noppadon Sangkhwang, Pornprom Kramsuk, Sukon BunM, Suradet Fueangnoi, Winya Sichomchuen, Phat Sangdej

The results showed that the Thai team finished in 3rd place with a time of 2.09.822 minutes, winning the bronze medal. The gold medal belongs to China with a record of 2.09.152 minutes and the silver medal to Indonesia with a record of 2.09.165 minutes.

As for the Thai women’s team, consisting of Ketkanok Chomchoi as the captain, Pranchalee Mulkasem as the tailman, and Phipai, namely Nipaporn Noppasri, Jaruwan Chaiyakarn, Thitima Sukharat, Watcharaporn Khatiya, Jirawan. Hankhamla, Pattama Nanthain, Praephan Kaewsri, Sukanya Poradok, Anuthida Saeheng, Arisara Panthulap, Onuma Teeranaew and Benjamat Woranuch.

The results showed that Thailand’s time was 2.26.400 minutes, finishing only 4th. The gold medal went to China with a time of 2.21.360 minutes, the silver medal to Indonesia 2.23.190 minutes, and the bronze medal to Myanmar 2.25.680 minutes.
