Thailand’s Cyanide Killer

(This question is for Thais who know the procedure of a “death certificate”.)
Question… If someone dies unexpectedly ( under age 50 years old for example ) In Thailand, wouldn’t the deceased have to be sent to a coroner for a cause of death examination or some kind of statement from a doctor??? I am amazed how 15-20? deaths from Am , the Thai cyanide serial killer, could go undetected. Maybe there is no coroner’s report necessary In Thailand. Around in rural areas if an “elderly person” dies the cause I hear is that they died of “shock” ( the English word they use)-But I would assume a healthy person in their 20’s-40’s that unexpectedly passes away would be examined by a medical profession & a cause of death certificate would be required
🧐🧐😑
