Thailand Healthcare as the wife of an expat

I am looking for information/advice. My husband is in Thailand as an expat and I am preparing to join him. However I have hypothyroidism and have to take medication for it daily. What preparations will I need to make for making sure I can also get my medication while we are living in Thailand? What should I expect from the Healthcare system there?
